  • Understanding how capacity, consent, PoAs, confidentiality and other complex factors can impact elder abuse interventions
  • Review of Case Studies about how these variables interact
  • Engaging strategies for effective Elder Abuse intervention and outcomes
  • Reducing social isolation through the "Meaning of Me" (a senior-centered model of care)
  • Recognizing and responding to risk factors of stress experienced by caregivers of individuals with dementia
  • Interactive exercises to demonstrate efficacy and effectiveness of I-SEE-U tool for front-line staff
